چکیده
Na konsultacyjne badanie USG jamy brzusznej zgłosiła się 40 -letnia chora skarżąca się na bóle nadbrzusza prawego związane ze spożytym pokarmem. W odczuciu pacjentki dolegliwości były podobne do występujących przed laparoskopowym usunięciem pęcherzyka żółciowego, którego dokonano 5 lat wcześniej. Przed 3 miesiącami z tego powodu chorą przyjęto na oddział wewnętrzny jednego ze szpitali terenowych, gdzie mimo wykonania badania endoskopowego górnego odcinka przewodu pokarmowego, USG jamy brzusznej i pakietu badań biochemicznych krwi nie wyjaśniono przyczyny dolegliwości.
